Cimavita returns you to what matters.
Who we are
Paola Garm
My life has always been rooted in a strong sense of creativity and self expression…. with a knowledge that integrity and care of oneself and others is the key to success. To give back.
A mother, a grandmother, and an abundance of good people in my life, I am now developing our Italian project. Again with the focus of being present and helping others, both locally and internationally.
Renovating cottages in a small village and showing the world the beauty of rural life, here in Molise…
I have lived in Barbados, Canada, Uk, and now back to Italy. I have been known for my interior design work, and when working with clients I saw the need for better basic understanding of communication. Over 20 years experience as an international coach both for businesses and personal. In these last few years I have worked with many war refugees forced out of their countries.
Certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Matrix Practicioner.

Proud to be one of the founding members of Cimavita. Creating spaces for community in Molise, as well as a rural boutique for people to rest and heal. It all brings about a sense of creating his dream going forward.
Federica Fatica
Born and raised in Molise on the family’s farm. Always pushed to learn more and began to study early on catering. Also saw the importance of communication so moved to London to learn English continuing working in the food industry. At the same time earning a WSET degrees in international wines & spirits. With a strong knowledge of wines, travelled in Europe and USA . However the love of animals being a large part of her life grew stronger, so started a pet care and training boutique in West London. Along the way also met the world of Reiki studies. With all this, decided to return home to Molise, for a simpler and holistic life. Proud of her region, Cimavita became very much a part of her vision, for which is happy to be a part of this .
The Healing
Cimavita brings you to the world of lightweight therapy. It is waking up to mountain air and church bells echoing through stone walls. Sessions are unhurried. Silence is allowed, and so is laughter. The walks, slowing the breath, grounding yourself to the space, and gently reminding you that nothing needs resolving immediately.
There is walking instead of talking, encouragement to notice small things such as the sunlight hitting the stone floors… how the colours of the sky change, and your own body drops into relax. your sigh is deep and your thoughts no longer racing.
This is lightweight therapy, without pressure. It is less about fixing and more about returning. Returning to yourself.
In the evening everyone gathers around the firepit, flames crackle and the gentle light washes all… it is a safe circle, no fixing, no interrupting, no talking required if silence feels better.
EFT TAPPING is offered as an option, as well as Reiki.
What is said in the circle stays in the circle, held with respect. By the time the embers reduce to a glow somethings heavy have been set down, under the open Italian sky.
