Cimavita returns you to what matters.
About Cimavita
Cimavita is a retreat and cultural hub located in the Italian countryside, designed to bring people together through architecture, ecology, and community programming. The project involves the restoration of six historic buildings into guest accommodations, communal dining and gathering spaces, and retreat facilities.
Bagnoli del Trigno, often called the “Pearl of Molise,” is a medieval hilltop village perched on rocky cliffs, surrounded by olive groves, forests, and winding valleys. Its narrow stone streets, ancient churches, and breathtaking mountain views make it a hidden gem of southern Italy where history and nature meet in quiet harmony.
Our vision is to create a space where nature, culture, and contemporary design converge. Cimavita blends Italian minimalism with curated art and interiors, offering guests an immersive retreat experience in a timeless village setting.

The Healing
Cimavita brings you to the world of lightweight therapy. It is waking up to mountain air and church bells echoing through stone walls. The retreat itself sits quietly on the hillside, within the village itself. Olive trees lean into the wind, and world feel steady.
Sessions are unhurried. Sometimes indoors, sometimes outdoors in the garden with a warm espresso. Silence is allowed, and so is laughter. The walks, and the mountain itself do most of the work, slowing the breath, grounding you to the space, and gently reminding you that nothing needs resolving immediatlely
There is walking instead of talking at different times, when you are encouraged to notice small things, like how the sunlight hits the stone floors, and then moves across it. How the colours of the sky change, and how your own body drops into relax. Your shoulders drop, your sigh is deep and your thoughts no longer race.
This is lightweight therapy, without pressure. It is less about fixing and more about returning. Returning to you body, yourself. To feeling lighter.
In the evenng everyone gathers around the firepit, flames crackle and the gentle light washes familiar faces. It is a safe circle, no fixing, no interupting. no talking requires if silence feels better.
EFT TAPPING is offered as an option, never required, and is another way to release tensions or stay grounded while conversations unfold.
`what is said in the circle stays in the circle, held with respect. By the time the embers reduce to a glow somethings heavy have been set down, under the open italian sky.

Cimavita is a cultural healing retreat rooted in the hills of Molise, Italy — a living village space where restoration happens through simplicity, beauty, and human connection.
We are stewards of place.
We believe healing is not something you “do,” but something you remember. Through slow mornings, shared meals, olive groves, stone houses, silence, and song — we create space for people to return to themselves.Cimavita is not a resort.
It is a return to life — lived intentionally, communally, and in rhythm with the land. -
1. Environment Shapes Consciousness
Architecture, landscape, and atmosphere matter.
Whitewashed stone walls, mountain air, candlelit dinners, natural materials, and curated quiet create nervous system regulation without force. The village itself becomes part of the healing.2. Culture as Medicine
We honor the ancient wisdom of Italian village life — shared meals, handmade goods, local agriculture, ritual, conversation, and rest. Healing happens through participation, not performance.
3. Structured + Organic Integration
Each retreat blends guided practices (movement, breathwork, reflection, creative workshops, nature immersion) with unstructured time to wander, journal, walk, or simply sit.

In the middle of all that we are here to explore not only ourselves, but to explore a very natural part of Italy. Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows. We offer sessions of 4 days to 7 days, and always around the seasons .The study of olive, and the production of olive oil, tomates, the traditional ways of making basic sauces, or just rambling through the hillsides and exploring pre-roman and roman ruins . We are unique.
