Cimavita returns you to what matters.

Who we are

Paola Garm

My life has always been rooted in a strong sense of creativity and self expression…. with a knowledge that integrity and care of oneself and others is the key to success. To give back.

A mother, a grandmother, and an abundance of good people in my life, I am now developing our Italian project. Again with the focus of being present and helping others, both locally and internationally.

Renovating cottages in a small village and showing the world the beauty of rural life, here in Molise… a very special place in Central Italy.

I have lived in several countries, Barbados, Canada, Uk, and now back to Italy. I have been known for my interior design work, and when working with clients I saw the need for better basic understanding of communication. I have over 20 years experience as an international coach both for businesses and personal. In these last few years I have worked with many war refugees forced out of their countries.

I am a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Matrix Practicioner.

Francesco Polazzi & Whitaker E.Redgate

Francesco Polazzi is a painter born in 1988 with Emilian origins. After graduating in Literature and Philosophy in Bologna, he moved to Birmingham, England, in 2011, where he began painting and earned a Master's in Fine Arts. In the following years, he exhibited in several European cities—including Paris, Madrid, London, Mainz, and Oslo—and in America. Returning to Italy in 2016, he exhibited in Rome, Milan,  Modena,  and Bologna. He works in his atelier, as a painter, curator, and artistic director. In September 2019, he began a new path, enrolling in the Master's Degree in Philosophical Sciences at the University of Bologna, graduating with honors in July 2021.

Whitaker E. Redgate loves bringing people together and am constantly creating or looking to be part of models which serve not only communities but individuals as well. I am proud to be one of the founding members of Cimavita and I serve as Director of Business Development. We are creating spaces for community in Molise,as well as a rural boutique for people to rest and heal. It all brings about a sense of creating my dream going forward. Bringing people together and sharing.

Federica Fatica

Born and raised in the heart of Molise, Campobasso, on the family’s farm. I always pushed to learn more and began to study early on catering as I saw it as a solid future. However I also saw the need for learning English as important so I moved myself to London. In London I continued working in the food industry in management while at the same time earning my WSET degrees in international wines & spirits. With a strong knowledge of wines, I travelled extensively in Europe and USA furthering my understanding of the industry. However my love of animals being a large part of my life grew stronger and stronger, so to speak ,so I started a pet care and training boutique in West London, and along the way I met the world of Reiki studies. With all of this I could see a way to return home to Molise, a simpler and holistic life awaiting. I am proud of my homeland, and Cimavita is very much a part of my vision and I am so happy to be a part of this vision for my homeland and for people.

The Healing

Cimavita brings you to the world of lightweight therapy. It is waking up to mountain air and church bells echoing through stone walls. The retreat itself sits quietly on the hillside, within the village itself. Olive trees lean into the wind, and world feel steady.

Sessions are unhurried. Sometimes indoors, sometimes outdoors in the garden with a warm espresso. Silence is allowed, and so is laughter. The walks, and the mountain itself do most of the work, slowing the breath, grounding you to the space, and gently reminding you that nothing needs resolving immediately.

There is walking instead of talking at different times, when you are encouraged to notice small things, like how the sunlight hits the stone floors, and then moves across it. How the colours of the sky change, and how your own body drops into relax. Your shoulders drop, your sigh is deep and your thoughts no longer race.

This is lightweight therapy, without pressure. It is less about fixing and more about returning. Returning to you body, yourself. To feeling lighter.

In the evening everyone gathers around the firepit, flames crackle and the gentle light washes familiar faces. It is a safe circle, no fixing, no interrupting. no talking requires if silence feels better.

EFT TAPPING is offered as an option, never required, and is another way to release tensions or stay grounded while conversations unfold.

What is said in the circle stays in the circle, held with respect. By the time the embers reduce to a glow somethings heavy have been set down, under the open Italian sky.
